Hey! We are super excited to be offering a strictly acoustic set at Black Bear Lodge (Old Troubadour). Basically just playing all night with a few of our friends. Jaimee Fryer will be there (who used to be in a band called Hello Yoko and came on tour with us in Magic Spells) and so will our good friend Flinter, who is pretty awesome at doing stuff and things will have a play. Max designed the poster as well. yeww

Kate has been away for almost a month now, so we decided the best way to get back into things is to play a show the day after she gets back! As is the tradition we will have our very own Lost Boys (Jimi Connor, Tomas Stevenson and Declan Kelly) playing with us, at a really cool venue on a really cool stage. We hit it nice and early, given the honour to open up the nights proceedings on the “Laneway” stage (Behind the Zoo, near Flamingo). Would be amazing to see a whole bunch of faces there for a few afternoon drinks.

I’m (Kate) in NYC and stumbled upon this amazing record shop on 72nd and Broadway. Walked out with a few including Steely Dan and Al Stewart (Year of the Cat). :)

We are honoured to be supporting one of our all-time idols Mr. JONATHAN BOULET next Thursday at COBRA KAI CLUB NIGHT. It’s sort of a big deal for us and as such would be amazing if we could see as many friendly faces as possible. Halloween themed night with some pretty hectic giveaways which adds a nice little bonus.
